I need to change the amount of visual content in the package I've already booked, what should I do?

If you realize you want to change the photo package before the photoshoot, just write to us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) as soon as possible: we will proceed with the modification of the package. Please note that if the package’s modification request is made while on-site, an additional reservation will be required in order to deliver the additional visual contents created.

I need to cancel the session due to a last-minute issue, what should I do?

If you need to cancel the session at short notice, please let us know as soon as possible by writing to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). Please note that if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, you’ll incur an additional fee.

The Visual Content Creator has not arrived yet, how can I let you know?

It may happen that the visual content creator runs late; in cases like this, we kindly ask you to wait at least 15 minutes as courtesy time ⏱. If the delay becomes excessive, or if they do not show up at all, please inform us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]): we will cancel the session and refund you in full.

How do I know if a session has been a success?

If you are not in loco and you want to check how the session went, all you have to do is to type the order ID or the Contact Name in the search bar in Order List tab: you will automatically visualize the assignment’s status. If the order is marked as COMPLETED, that means that the session successfully took place and you can download the visual contents.
