How do I know if a session has been a success?
If you are not in loco and you want to check how the session went, all you have to do is to type the order ID or the Contact Name in the search bar in Order List tab: you will automatically visualize the assignment’s status.
If the order is marked as COMPLETED, that means that the session successfully took place and you can download the visual contents.
If the order is in PROCESSING, that means that our post-production team is processing the visual contents.
