I can’t log in to BOOM’s platform

If you can’t log into your profile, the first thing you should do is refresh your page, use a different browser and/or clear your cache. Sometimes browsers are experiencing bugs, and switching or refreshing may fix the issue. We also suggest checking if the email address you’re using is the same one you used when you signed up. How do I modify my user name and/or my password?

In order to change your information on your profile, you need to click the "Welcome Back!" button that you'll find in the top right of your Dashboard. From there you can update the email address linked to your account, your name, your job title, and your phone number ✏️.
