I accepted an assignment, but now I am no longer available, what should I do?

If you are no longer available for an assignment you had previously accepted, please let us know as soon as possible by writing to [email protected] or via chat (chat.boom.co). We also recommend suggesting alternative days for the session, so that we can reschedule the event if the client agrees. If the client is not willing to reschedule, we will assign the session to another visual content creator. Please note that if you cancel the appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, you’ll incur a 100% penalty.
