Once you’ve applied to join our platform and have completed our trials, an email will automatically be sent that includes instructions on how to create your profile on our platform. All you have to do is choose a password and add your personal information, including a short Biography, your Location and your Equipment.

If you haven't received an email with instructions on how to create your profile or any further information after completing the trials, it may be because we haven’t been able to assess your photos yet. We receive lots of applications every day, so sometimes it may take a bit longer to get back in touch - but don’t worry, you’ll hear from us very soon! 🔜 We also recommend checking your spam folder, as occasionally our emails end up there 📂.

Please check all your mailboxes, as sometimes messages end up in different folders depending on your email settings 🗂. If you still can’t find it, get in touch with us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]), and we’ll get back to you shortly and send the email again.

If you can’t log in to your profile, the first thing you should do is refresh your page and/or use a different browser. Browsers sometimes experience bugs and switching or refreshing it may fix the issue. We also suggest checking if the email address you’re using is the same one you used when you signed up. If you forgot your password or can’t log in to our platform, you can reset it by simply going to our website, then going to the login page (https://platform.boom.co) as you would normally, and clicking on the option “Forgot your password?” option. We'll then send you an email so that you can choose a new password 🔑.
