How can I change an order’s information details (address, visual content package, etc.)?

You can change the information details of a session from the order page up to 24 hours before the start time. In the first section of the order page you will be able to change the address 📍, the order logistic information ℹ️ and the visual content delivery emails ✉️. Is it possible to reschedule an order?

You can always reschedule an order on the platform by opening it and clicking on the “Reschedule” button. You’ll then be able to change the time and date of the order, but please remember that you may incur extra fees if the rescheduling is done less than 24 hours ⚠️ from the start time.

How do cancellations work?

You can cancel orders directly from your personal dashboard by clicking on the Delete Content icon in the button left of the order. You can cancel a session without additional fees up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and the time. Penalties may occur if the cancellation is done less than 24 hours ⚠️ from the start time of the session.

How can I contact the Visual Content Creator assigned to a specific order?

Due to privacy regulations, we can’t give you any personal information about the Visual Content Creator 🙊. What we can do, if requested by you, is to ask the Visual Content Creator to contact you directly a few days before in order to confirm the appointment ☎️.

How can I check the status of an order?

You can always check the status of an order you booked on the Dashboard from the Order list view. You will then be able to see if an order has been completed or canceled, if it hasn’t been reviewed yet or refused by our team.
