Once the session is over, the visual content will be delivered to your partner within 48 to 72 hours depending on the content requested. They will be responsible for providing you with the visual content produced.
Please note that in some cases, you can receive the content directly from us. It is your partner who decides whether we can forward the visual content to you or not. If we have permission to send you the content, we’ll send you an email with a link to download the session.
Please be aware that if the partner you work with does not authorize us to share the content with you, we will not be able to send it to you and you’ll have to reach out directly to your partner.
