How can I monitor a session?

You can access the platform and monitor a session through your Guest page, by clicking on the link you’ll find in the confirmation email we’ll send you once the session is booked on the platform. When accessing the Guest page, you will be able to confirm a suggested date or choose a new one, confirm your contact details and book the session. You will also have the opportunity to see the status of the session, ask for support, read the Guidelines or reschedule a session before 24h from the start time.
