The assignment was cancelled on site by the business owner, what should I do?

It may happen that the business owner refuses to allow the session to take place while on site. If this is the case, just let us know via email ([email protected]) or via chat (chat.boom.co) and remember to take a photo of the store/property front or street view on your phone and attach it to your notification. We will then cancel the session, and refund you in full.
