What should I do if the business owner/client is not at the location?

If the owner is not there when you arrive, we kindly ask you to allow them at least 15 minutes to show up. What should I do if the address provided is wrong or incomplete?

If you notice that the address is wrong before the session (e.g. there’s no street number, or you can’t find the place on your phone’s maps), we kindly ask you to contact us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). What should I do if the business owner requests more or fewer photos than the ones in the package?

If the business owner requests a different package before the session, please inform us via email at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). If they request another package during the session, we kindly ask you to continue with the initial booking package and not to take any more photos than required, because we will not be able to provide you with extra payment. Please note that we will only take into consideration requests made to us officially by the client.

What should I do if the business owner has specific requests that are not in the Guidelines?

It is important for us to always adhere to the guidelines as closely as possible, as they have been decided on by the client, not the business owner. However, the business owner may have special requests or particular needs. If this is the case, please let us know via chat.boom.co, and we will assess whether we can accept such requests or not together.

The conditions (lights, space, etc.) on site are not ideal to carry out the assignment, what should I do?

Unfortunately the conditions on a photoshoot can sometimes be quite poor. But no need to worry! If this is the case, you can write to us via chat (by simply typing chat.boom.co in your browser), and we will immediately provide you with some advice. If we agree that it is too complicated to carry out the photoshoot, we will cancel the session and refund you in full.

The assignment was cancelled on site by the business owner, what should I do?

It may happen that the business owner refuses to allow the session to take place while on site. If this is the case, just let us know via email ([email protected] (mailto:[email protected])) or via chat (chat.boom.co) and remember to take a photo of the store/property front or street view on your phone and attach it to your notification. We will then cancel the session, and refund you in full.
