When will I receive the visual content?

Once the session has been completed, the visual contents will be delivered to you within 48 to 72 hours depending on the content requested. This time allows us to receive the material from the creators and work on the post-production of the visual contents in order to deliver them to you ready to be published anywhere

How will I receive the visual content?

As soon as the session has been marked as COMPLETED on the platform, you will receive a notification email informing you that the visual contents are ready to be downloaded 📥 . In the email you will find a link that will take you directly to order on the BOOM’s platform. Once you are on the order list tab you just need to select the order that you would like to download and click on the download icon next to the related session. How can I request additional or alternative visual content?

Please be aware that the number of visual contents you will receive is determined by the package you select while booking your session. ❌ It is not possible to request additional contents after the order has been delivered. Similarly, it is not possible to replace visual contents that have been delivered. Should this happen, you will be contacted with the utmost diligence in order to be informed of the situation and organize in order for us to be able to fix the situation.
