When will I receive the visual content?

Once the session is over, the visual content will be delivered to you within 48 to 72 hours. This gives us the time to receive the material from the creators and work on post-production of the visual content in order to deliver it to you ready for publication as you choose.

How will I receive the visual content?

As soon as the session has been marked as COMPLETED on the platform, you’ll receive a notification email informing you that the visual content is ready to be downloaded. In the email you’ll find a link that will take you directly to the order on the BOOM platform. Once you're on the order page, you can download the visual content by simply clicking on the download icon. I am not satisfied with the quality of the visual content, what should I do?

Should you not be satisfied with the quality of the visual content provided, please contact us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). If the reason is due to failure to comply with the Guidelines provided, an appropriate solution will be found.

How can I request additional or alternative visual content?

Please be aware that the amount of visual content you receive depends on the package you chose when you booked your session. You cannot request additional content after the order has been delivered. Similarly, you cannot get alternative visual content after it has been delivered. Our team has devised a set of Guidelines in line with your requirements and the visual content is created and delivered in accordance with these Guidelines and any additional notes you make when placing your order. We strive to provide the best experience possible when delivering visual content, but it may happen – rarely – that due to either human or technical error, the first result isn’t as good as it could be. Should this happen, you can be sure that we’ll get in touch with you to inform you of the situation and make arrangements so that we can fix it.
