I don’t have everything ready for the session, what should I do?

We recommend that you get the location ready for the session as soon as possible - following the suggestions in the confirmation email - so that you can keep to the scheduled package timetable. I need to cancel the session due to a last-minute issue, what should I do?

If you have to cancel your appointment at the last minute, please let us know as soon as possible by writing to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) or contacting us via chat, by typing chat.boom.co on your browser, for live sessions or for sessions starting within the next 24 hours. Please note that if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, you’ll incur an additional fee.

The Visual Content Creator has not arrived yet, how can I inform you?

If the Visual Content Creator is running late, please allow them 15 minutes extra time to show up. If you have to wait too long, or if they don’t show up at all, please let us know at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) or by contacting us via chat, by typing chat.boom.co on your browser: we will do everything necessary to contact the Creator and find a solution for you as soon as possible.
