I can’t log in to BOOM’s platform

If you can’t log into your profile, the first thing you should do is refresh your page, use a different browser and/or clear your cache. Sometimes browsers are experiencing bugs, and switching or refreshing may fix the issue.

We also suggest checking if the email address you’re using is the same one you used when you signed up. If you still can’t log in, you can easily reset your password as follows:
 

Step 1

Click on “Forgot your password?” option.
 

Step 2

Enter the email address you registered with. Please make sure the address is correct. 
 


Step 3

You’ll be sent an email with the subject “Reset Password” containing the link to reset your password. But be quick as the link expires after 5 minutes!
 


Step 4 

Choose your new password and click “Submit”.
