How long will the session last?

The length of the session depends on the package selected during booking. All items/products (dishes for food photo sessions or products), and property spaces/rooms (real estate) should be ready when the Visual Content Creator arrives in order to make the most of the time available for the session and to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Please refer to the booking confirmation email sent to you for full details about what you need to prepare and can expect during the session.

How can I change a session’s information details (address, contacts, etc.)?

You can manage the change via your Guest page, by clicking on the link you will find on the confirmation email you will receive once the session is booked on the platform. When accessing the Guest page, you will be able to confirm a suggested date or choose a new one, confirm your contact details and book the session. Is it possible to reschedule a session?

You can change the session details and cancel or reschedule the booking for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Unfortunately, the GDPR regulation means we aren’t permitted to share our Visual Content Creators’ personal data and contact information.
