What should I do if the business owner/client can't be reached?

Generally, assignments are considered confirmed even if the business owner can't be reached before the session.
You should therefore go to the location as scheduled 📆. If, when you arrive at the location, it is impossible for the session to take place for whatever reason, please notify us via chat.boom.co. And please remember to take a photo of the store/property front or street view on your phone and attach it to your notification 📸.
