As soon as the session has been marked as COMPLETED on the platform, you will receive a notification email informing you that the visual contents are ready to be downloaded đ„ . In the email you will find a link that will take you directly to order on the BOOMâs platform. Once you are on the order list tab you just need to select the order that you would like to download and click on the download icon next to the related session.
The visual contents will be downloaded in the form of a zip file and you will be able to download them as many times as you wish.
You also have the option of sharing the link to download the visual content with your colleagues or your clients by clicking on the shareable link icon in the order page .
